Boulevard Palms
(iPhone Native Camera, PhotoStudio app, Mask and shadow in PSCS5)
~~~
We haven't had an iPhone Photo Friday in a while so I thought I'd show you what I've been playing with.
Cloud Reflections (iPhone Lomora2 camera app with P/p film)
I don't know about you, but I think it is difficult to get a good photo with the Hipstamatic app's Salvador84 lens so I've been practicing and managed to get a couple of interesting shots.
Flower Strings (Hipstamatic camera app, Salvador 84 lens, Pistil film)
Angel Dolls (Hipstamatic camera app, Salvador84 lens, Pistil film)
The Clothes Closet (Hipstamatic camera app, Salvador 84 lens, Pistil film)
Demon (Hipstamatic camera app, Salvador84 lens, Pistil film, enhanced in PSCS5)
For Demon, here is where I started with the Hipstamatic photo original:
Demon Original iPhoto (Salvador84 Lens, Pistil Film)
If you will click on the original photo, you'll see the faint images that made me think of a figure. I just took it into Photoshop CS5 to see what I could get from it. I ended up having to draw in lots of the head and face.This just shows you that you never know what you have until you explore it in photo applications.
Fab Flora (iPhone Lomora2 camera app with Sensia film)
You'll see this one much better if you will click to get the larger pop up version. I did put it into PSCS5 to enhance the color - really just punch up the light in the dark areas with a curves adjustment. You'll see it in the laarger version.
Lunch with Grandma in the Waiting room
Do you ever get to flying through iPhone camera apps and then forget what the trail was that led you to a particular image? Well, that's what I did when I got the result above. I'm sure I took it in one app and processed in one or two more but what? Any hints?
Here are a couple more that I did and almost forgot the app I used for processing them . . . but at the last minute I FOUND IT!! It was "picfx." I have had lots of fun with that one. These are two of the more recognizable looks in that app:
Book and Nebula (iPhone native camera, Backgroundz app, picfx app)
And one more from that series - - these are all made from the same two images in Backgoundz app and then processed in picfx app. (I could go on and on -- couldn't you?):
Sky Scars (iPhone native camera, Backgroundz app, picfx app)
Be sure to click on these images to get larger versions so you can see the really cool effects.
Hmmm-m, I better wrap this post up and get it published or it won't be Friday anymore! LOL.
Here is a last look at a couple more versions of those palm trees:
Old Tapestry Palms (iPhone native camera, PhotoStudio app, PicGrunger app)
Scrapbook Palms
